Lemon Cheese-less Cake

Tofu cheese-less cakeDesserts can be a little bit awkward if you’re vegan, with most desserts containing some form of animal product, none more so than Cheesecake. In this recipe the dairy is substituted for silken tofu which, once blended, turns beautifully creamy. Most supermarkets have silken tofu but you may need to ask someone to show you where it is as it often gets put in really random places!
